Refund policy

When you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act.
The withdrawal period
The period is 14 days from the day you receive the item. If one order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from when you receive the last one. It is sufficient that you notify us within the period.
Exception: books with a personal dedication
The right of withdrawal does not apply to books in which the author has written a personal dedication at your request, as the book has then been clearly personalised (Cancellation Act section 22 (b)). A book that is only signed, without a dedication, has a full right of withdrawal.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Send an unequivocal statement to us by email at np@fxcplatform.com or by letter to Nobox AS, Emanuels vei 10, 1366 Lysaker, Norway. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
Returning the item
Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning the item. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the item other than what is necessary to establish its nature.
Refund
We will refund what you have paid, including the original shipping, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we were notified that you wish to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or until you have provided evidence that it has been sent. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.
